ABSTRACT

From the perspective of Chinese government, they should solve the problem of fund-raising difficulties, reinforce credit policy direction, and complete financial service, revise the credit structure and make use of various forms to provide financial products and services for SMEs and further promote the establishment of a credit system for SMEs.

This paper will emphasize on the practices of Uppsala model, network approach, the usage of Internet International Business Law留学生论文and specific foreign market entry mode as well as their significance for Chinese SMEs, and probes into practical ways for Chinese SMEs going international.

Thenconcentrates on specific arrangement of market entry modes in the forepart to show there is a few ways to enter a foreign market-development, permission, the joint venture company and the establishing foreign subsidiaries. Among them, exportation is the preliminary method and establishment of foreign subsidiaries (outward direct investment) is the advanced one.

The later part gives suggestions to promote the internationalization of Chinese SMEs in the perspective of government and SMEs respectively. Internationalization is an inevitable way for Chinese SMEs. Only mutual efforts from Chinese government and enterprises can ensure Chinese SMEs going international successfully.
