Due to the high labor cost in developed countries, such as the US, UK, German, Australia, etc., it is a trend that enterprises in these countries outsource their non-core business to developing countries in Asia, East Europe, etc. The rapid development of international outsourcing brings huge impact on both outsourcer country and contactor country on multiple aspects, including economic growth, employment rate, human resources, technology development, core competitiveness of enterprises, etc. On the comprehensive and long term, the effect that outsourcing brings to both countries are positive (Jain, Simon, & Poston, 2011). However, in short term, it may lead certain negative effects to outsourcer country (Srivastava & Teo, 2012).
