Difficulties and solutions for small-sized enterprises financing in China
 
Part One: Introduction
The difficult situation of financing has been universally recognized as the most important one of the factors that restrains the development of small and medium-sized enterprises. A fundamental solution of financing difficulty of SMEs is not only hampering their own development, but also a major subject about the sustainable and healthy development of national economy. In this report, the author intended to explore the methods of financing the SMEs in China choose and considered appropriate solutions based on the secondary data of the SMEs in China.

Part Three: Analysis on the actuality and its causes of the financing problem of the small-sized enterprises in China
Part Four: Solutions of the financing problem for the small-sized enterprises in China

Part Five: Conclusions
According to the analysis of the finance environment of the SMEs, at last this report provided creative solutions besides the traditional financing channels – bank loaning. This purpose not only seek different forms of innovation of SMEs finance way, more is quest of mechanism of the SME development under the WTO environment, and is also the kind of thinking of financial system innovation.
