随着经济全球化和跨国竞争环境的不断发展变化,国际知名跨国公司积极发展。近年来,随着我国经济的腾飞,家电行业已成为增长最快的行业之一。在家电企业在不断扩大国内市场饱和的过程中,大型企业逐步转向国外市场。本文从跨国企业的角度分析了海信集团在跨国经营中的关键制约因素和存在的问题,并提出了海信集团跨国经营的优化策略,指出了适合中国家电跨国企业的道路。海信坚持“高科技,高质量,高水平服务,创国际品牌”的发展战略,一贯重视提升技术创新和产业产品结构,始终成为中国家电业“航母”的努力。 2012年,海信集团的总销售额有超过80十亿人民币,占中国家电行业排名前五位。截至2013年3月,海信集团已在南非,巴基斯坦和法国的生产线等国家,建立了一些在欧洲和美国和日本子公司的成立,产品已销售到上百个国家和世界各地的区域。
