My name is Xiaolin Zhang, just graduating from UCO’s advertising department. I’m very honorable to have an opportunity to apply for a position at Alianda. Alianda was founded by a fomer creative team at Disney which provides a full range of solutions for print, broadcast and Internet. It is a creative driven shop, not only working with Disney, FebEx and the state of Florida these big names but also cooperating with little-known tiny companies which focuses on advertising, graphic design as well as web design. Mitchell Erick, the founder of Alianda, who  has been a creative resource for many groups and worked as a copywriter for Walt Disney https://www.51lunwen.org/advertising/  Attractions in Orlando, DDB in Honolulu and BBDD in New York in the marketing deartment, has over 20 years of advertising experience.
As a fresh graduate, I’m longing for joining in this excellent group and grow with it. Faced with many departments like Account Service, Research or Media, I’m applying for the creative department. Because of the importance and high visibility of advertising jobs, there are full of more challenges and opportunities in this department. Although I don’t have much work experience as others, I’m young, energetic and positive. As saying goes, newborn calves are not afraid of tigers. Additionally, I have strong interests in creative designs, particular Web degines. The strong passion and enthusiasm for this area drives me to apply for Alianda advertising agency.

Although advertising agencies look for graduates from a broad range of activities, it is often preferable to be in possession of a qualification in business studies, marketing or advertising. My major is advertising in college and I have professional knowledge on this area, so it is not difficult to access to advertising. Besides, I have relatively excellent conmunication skills and a certain amount of creative flair. During four years of college, I have been one of cadre memebers of student union and presided many important activities, which cultivates my organisational ability and communication skills effectively. I once had the honour to win the first prize two times in the competition of web design successively. Photographing is my biggest hobby. I always take different types of photos in my spare time and collect them together. Therefore, I win the title of  honor of ‘master photograph’.
