这是第一次会计经理,以“经理”的身份工作。不同文化背景的团队有10个成员以及丰富的工作经验。会计部门面临着巨大的工作量和大量的性能压力。

会计部门,团队成员来自中国、新加坡、马来西亚和印度。有6个中国人,3个马来人和1个印度人。会计团队有不同的工作经验。作为会计经理,经理为了解决这个问题,通过计划,组织,领导和控制。

计划包括设定目标和定义必要的行动根据情况来实现目标,。经理在整个组织必须为工作组制定目标、战略和运营计划,有利于整体中出现成功的组织。首先,会计经理必须理解和知道公司的所有结构,下属和公司的问题,下属的态度和所有公司的过程。然而,会计经理还必须计划如何与会员建立友谊。为了与来自不同文化背景的人建立关系,经理必须做出共同努力。所以,如果经理想要团队执行最高层,经理需要采取积极措施,使它们不同。经理可以使运动队或俱乐部,在一个组织中活跃,接触不同文化背景的人,以此维持一个良好的关系与不同的文化背景和工作经验的东盟10个成员国。一旦经理决定与不同文化背景的团队交朋友,经理可以和别人一样,同他们交朋友。

It is the first time the accounting manager work as a 'manager'. The team has 10 members of diverse cultural backgrounds as well as work experience. The accounting department is facing an intense workload and lots of performance pressure.

In the accounting department, the team members come from China, Singapore, Malaysia, and India. There have 6 Chinese, 3 Malay, and 1 Indian. The accounting team has different work experience. As the accounting manager, the manager has to solve the problem by planning, organizing, leading and controlling.

Planning includes setting goals and defining the actions necessary to achieve the goals, in light of the situation. Manager throughout the organization must develop goals, strategy, and operational plans for the work group that contribute to the success of the organization as a whole. Firstly, the accounting manager must understand and know all structure of the company, the problem of the subordinate and company, the attitude of the subordinate and all the process of the company. However, the accounting manager must also plan how to establish friendships with the member. In order to build relationships with people from diverse cultural background, the manager have to make a concerted effort to do so. So, if the manager wants the team to perform at the highest levels, the manager needs to take active steps to make them different. The manager can make a sports team or club, become active in an organization that puts in contact with people of diverse cultural background and maintain a good relationship with the 10 member of diverse cultural background and working experience. Once the manager has made the decision to make friends with the team of diverse cultural background, the manager can go ahead and make friends with them in much the same way as with anyone else. The manager may need to take more time, and may need to be more persistent. The effort is totally worth it.


1.组织——Organizing


Organizing focuses on allocating and arranging human and non-human resources so that plans can be carried out successfully. Besides that, organizing also means creating an organizational structure that is suitable for the achievement of the agreed objectives; lines of authority and responsibility, and a system of rules and procedures which guide the conduct of the employees laid down. As a accounting manager, the manager must be able to organize teams, allocate tasks, and projects to the team under different work experience in order to get the team's work done in the most efficient and effective manner. As a beginning manager, you may be organizing a small work team or a project team.
