Application for Being Visiting Scholar

Dear Sirs,
     I’m writing to you to apply for admittance to your University US Davis School of law as https://www.51lunwen.org/applicationletter/  a visiting scholar on commercial law for one year. Your researches are of particular interest to me, especially in the field of company law which impresses me deeply. I’m looking forwarding to being a visiting scholar in your commercial law department, focusing on the research proposal of commercial law in 2012 early semester. I’m a senior legal consultant of a law office in Beijing, 42 years old and currently taking on the legal counselor of several big companies. I have relatively rich working experience also steady and abundant income to support the basic expense during one year of visiting scholar in your university. I have also made some achievements on my work, handled many big and important legal issues successfully dependent on my hard work and profound profession knowledge as well as working experience, which help me win good reputation on this field. Apart form working as legal consultant, I also positively engaged in project research and published several papers, which is of great help to my research capacity. As for my education background, I graduated from Lanzhou University after obtained its master of law. Then I learned at Cambridge until achieved Anglia Politecnical University LLM degree. Many years of learning, I have profound professional knowledge. I am proficient in company law, trade law, and contract law as well as have a good command of commercial law, particularly of great interest in commercial law. During my learning period, I didn’t give up opportunities to attend project learning to enrich myself. I once took a chance to work on a project learning of School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS) for one year, which enlarged my view and laid a good foundation for my future career. Foreign learning experiences benefit me a lot. And thanks for them; I can have a good command of English, no difficulties in communication, both in speaking or writing. Since work on a legal counselor, I have handled numerous legal issues between companies, which further enlarge my profession and enlarge working experience of law field. 
My current research proposal focuses on the legal issues of commerce. I chose this project based on the current legal condition of Chinese commerce. With the increasing development of information technology, especially network technology, the globalization of Internet has driven people into a new information age. Internet is out of restriction of time and region, a completely new transaction mode, commerce emerging. As anticipated by some experts, Internet will be the biggest global trading market in www.51lunwen.org following years, containing immeasurable business opportunities.
