1.0 Introduction介绍

在当今社会，肥胖不仅仅是个人的健康，也日益成为影响人们身体健康的一个社会问题，和过度肥胖将为社会增加的医疗费用，困难和歧视肥胖的人面临找工作，影响家庭生活的稳定，和其他各种社会问题（Girz1，Polivy，Hermanl和Lee，2012）。为了解决这个问题，一些国家的政府出台了一项政策，要求餐馆在食品包装上添加食品卡路里的数据，希望提醒人们不要吃得太多。然而，不同的学者对这一政策有不同的看法，有些是一致的，有些是不一致的。Obesity in today's society is not just a matter of personal health, but also increasingly becomes a social problem that affects the physical health of individuals, and the excessive obesity will lead to increased medical expenses for the community, difficulties and discrimination that obese people face in finding a job, affecting the stability of family life, and a variety of other social problems (Girz1, Polivy, Hermanl and Lee, 2012). In order to solve this problem, governments of some countries have introduced a policy to require restaurants to add data on food calories on food packaging, hoping to remind people not to eat too much. However, different scholars have different views on this policy, some agree with and some object. This essay is through the review of relevant literatures to evaluate the policy, bringing forward directions for future policies and research on food calorie information disclosure.

卡路里信息披露的研究主要是基于定量研究，大多数研究结果表明，虽然卡路里信息披露不能完全治愈社会肥胖，但它有助于减少肥胖的问题，所以作者认为热量信息披露政策应该得到肯定和支持。但是，未来的热量信息披露政策还应从促进健康意识和知识普及、提高食品标签内容以及政策对餐饮经济效益的影响等方面加以改进。今后在这方面的研究至少应该从两方面着手，一是从提高研究成果的代表性入手。第二，尝试在实际情况下尽可能地调查就餐者的食物选择行为是否受到热量信息披露的影响。
