This article ,from the perspective of psychology, teaching and research emotional factors ,plays the important role of verbal output, requiring teacher pay attention to students' learning motivation and psychological factors, scientific and efficient organization of classroom activities.Meanwhile, students should combines the international community and the actual needs with their own career planning, take efforts to improve the comprehensive ability in English, in order to improve their employment advantage in the fierce competitive environment.

3.The Problems of College Public English Teaching
