摘要:现代社会对教师的要求不仅仅只停留在原有的教学模式上,更要求他们掌握现代的教学的模式。当今教学技能的核心已经是现代的教育技术。但是,在当今师范生教学技能的培养中占最大比例的仍然是传统的教学技能,而忽视了现代教学技能,很少涉及到现代教学技能方面知识的传授 。

在以往的高等师范院校对于师范生教学技能的技能培养过程中中,他们将知识传授与技能培养相互割裂开来,这就直接破坏了技能同知识之间紧密的联系。虽然说为了顾全学科建设与学科发展最基本内容的深入讨论与理解就要求学习者有一定的抽象的更加深层次的思维,但是这是些内容仍会让我们感觉到有关化学教学论的相关研究和更加深层次的讨论太过于抽象,让人感觉到他似乎远离了我们最重要的教学改革,使得本身变得乏味。
