The Achieving Analysis on Published Financial Statement

Abstract
Financial statement is one of the easiest ways for the investors and professional managers to get the running information of some specific companies. The original objective to publish the financial statement is to provide the information about the financial position, performance and changes in financial position of an entity that is useful to a wide range of users in making economic decisions. This study pays attention to find whether the financial statement achieve its objectives. After some literature review on financial statement, two companies were chosen as the research entities of this study, some analysis were also done over the financial statement which they published. The result shows the financial statement mainly achieve its originalobjectivewhichmentioned above.

1 Introduction
The objective of this research is to find whether the current public financial statement achieve its objective. This part is the simple introduction of this research, including the background of the research, the objective and scope of this research.
1.1 The Background of This Research
The annual financial statement will be issued by many companies to public or some specific people (Birkhahn, 2011). The calculated, adjusted and re-arranged data information in the annual financial statement can reflect some interesting information of the company. The financial statement is one of the most convenience ways for the shareholders to know the operation condition; it is also a helpful tool for the company managers to make decisions (Hope, 2011).
1.2 The Objective of This Research
