背景 Background

For years, food has a special meaning to the Chinese people. There a wide range and variety of plants and animals, and every part of a plant or animal can be used for meals which to westerners it can be surprising, delicious, fantastic, horrifying or disgusting - and above all, different.( jasmine,2009)[.Jasmine,2009, ] Simultaneously, with more and more Chinese people get into other countries, they bring the special culture of food to western countries. But there are also large quantities of problems in stepping into the globe market.
Different from western food, Chinese dishes has its own way in the following aspects like materials, cooking and taste. Some manners should also be followed when attending a Chinese dinner. The Chinese dishes has eight main cuisines, including Lu, Chun, Yue, Min, Su, Zhe, Xiang, Hui.

多年来，食物对中国人有特殊的意义.中国人的膳食中包含了范围极广的植物和动物，或者植物或动物的某一个部分可用于烹饪，这对西方人而言，是十分令人惊讶的、好吃的、很不错的、可怕的或令人作呕的 - 但是最重要的是，与众不同的。（茉莉2009年）[茉莉花，2009]。同时，越来越多的中国人到其他国家，他们把特殊的饮食文化带到了西方国家。但在步入全球市场过程中，也带来了大量的问题。
