Enterprise operating funds management, such as inventory control, accounts receivable management and cash management realize the dynamic management in the support of electronic commerce financial mode and network management information system. It can be more efficient for resource planning and configuration through the internal information exchange and making the work coordinated between the enterprise department and the group companies. Therefore, emphasizing the new network financial ideas is very important in the financial management. The second is global financial concepts. The economical globalization has gradually become the mainstream of the world economic development along with the rapid development and wide application in information technology, communication technology and electronic commerce.
