      This chapter will focus on the internal analysis of Envizen digital to see whether the company is in a position to expand its market to Germany. This chapter will also look at the financial, sales management and the export history. This will be conducted on the basis of an export readiness scan, the 4P model and the 7S MBAmodel.
 Export readiness scan: Company’s export potential is not enough for an export success; it must also prove that it is export ready. Export readiness relates to whether the company has the capacity to export its products beyond its borders. Hence there are indicators used to scan whether the company is export ready:
i. Export experience
ii. Health of the company: here the 7S model will be used.
iii. Financial situation
iv. Marketing strategy: here the marketing mix will be conducted.
These three internal analysis tools will provide a framework in order to describe the organizations internal situation. Finally by the use of the above mentioned models, the first research question will be answered if ENV is ready to expand its market to the Germany.

This chapter will include an analysis of the market entry strategy of the planned methods of delivering the ENV’s portable TVs to the German market and distributing them there.
Based on the SWOT analysis, a strategy will be formulated to the relevant target group. To help formulate the strategy more specifically, the following aspects will be analyzed in detail;

 Product: This will include the different models of ENV’s portable TVs offered to the target customer: Here an analysis of their physical attributes what they do, how they differ from the competitors’ products and what benefits they provide will be conducted.
 Price: This will include how ENV prices their portable TVs so that its price remains competitive but allows it to make a good profit.

 Promotion: This will include the methods used to communicate the features and benefits of ENV’s portable TVs to its target customers.
 Personnel: Here a research will be conducted to see if there is the need for ENV to increase its personnel since the company is increasing its market.
