Ⅰ.types of models

The dividend growth model mainly appears in three types: fixed dividend model, Gordon model and the dividend growth model of two stages. The fixed dividend model is a model with a fixed dividend. Assuming the dividend of each phase stays at the level of the end of the first phase, the stock market value of the company will be the present at the value of perpetual annuity of the dividend.
