The article “Obama at midterm: Grading on a presidential curve” written by Gil Troyis a very nice composition and its point of view is very distinctive and unique. This article is very interesting, it compared the mid-term elections of the U.S. Congress that Obama will face to a midterm exam, and the final outcome of the election is the test scores that the American people give to Obama. The articles discussed the changes of the domestic political and economic environment in detail since Obama had being the president ofU.S.from 2008. It also evaluated the contribution and deficiencies that Obama did to theUnited Stateswithin the two years, analyzing the situation faced by Obama before the mid-term elections from a political point of view, predicted the political action that he might take to win the election. From the words in the article, it includes the author’s support for Obama.
