Management is a combination of art and science, which mainly reflects in the monitoring and control of project. The monitoring and control of project include the supervision of the project’s construction quality, time, duration, cost, and so on. Among all the element of the monitoring and control of project the timing of monitoring and control plays an essential role.

管理是艺术与科学的结合，这主要体现在监测和控制项目。监测和控制项目，包括项目的建设质量，时间，时间，费用的监督，等等。在所有元素的监测和控制项目的时间的监测和控制起着至关重要的作用。

With aim and purpose to well manage a project, the research questions of this paper is to seek how to well use the timing monitoring and control of project which is based on the literature review of the previous related studies and the tentative proposal of the paper.
