摘要:侵犯网络游戏的虚拟财物行为无论在国内还是国外,都逐渐成为一种严重危害社会治安、引发不安定因素的违法犯罪类型,已经受到各国的广泛关注,有不少国家或地区也在积极地出台相应的法律法规或制度来对这种行为进行处罚。

网络游戏问世以来,在世界各地发展迅速,如今已成为一个新兴的产业,对国民经济的贡献十分明显,如韩国网络游戏创造的产值已超过汽车制造业,成为国民经济的一大支柱产业。我国的网络游戏从起步至今短短几年,已经成为全球网络游戏产业增长最快的地区之一,据艾瑞市场调查2011年中国网络游戏市场规模330亿元左右同比增长22%。
