供应链是一个零售商、分销商和供应商的综合网络，涉及从供应商向客户转移产品或材料的过程。（雨果，2011）。
The supply chain is a comprehensive network of retailers, distributors and suppliers that are involved in the process of moving the products or materials from suppliers to customers. (Hugos, 2011). 

随着越来越多的企业选择通过供应链与其他企业建立合作关系，供应链被认为是企业成功的一个越来越重要的因素。当供应链双方相互影响时，供应链关系就发生了。关系是供应链管理的主要问题。许多研究人员已经研究发现，良好的供应链关系是成功的关键因素。本文的目的是解决供应链关系与企业绩效的文献回顾通过作品发表在从现在起的5年之间的相互作用问题，找出结构和演化的关系有助于确保成功通过供应链。With more and more companies choose to build cooperation relationships with other companies through supply chain, supply chain is considered an increasingly important element in the success of business. A supply chain relationship occurs when both parties in a supply chain interact with each other. Relationships are the main concerns of a supply chain management. Many researchers have studied and found that good quality supply chain relationships are a vital factor for success. The aim of this paper is to address the question of interactions between supply chain relationship and the business performance through a review on literature works published within 5 years from now, to find out how the structure and evolution of relationships help ensure success through supply chain.
