Introduction
Apple Inc., formerly known as Apple Computer Inc., its core business is electronic technology products. Apple II as one of its main products had played a very important role in the personal computer revolution in 1970s, following after it, Macintosh maintained sustainable development in 1980s. The most famous product is the Apple II, Macintosh computer, iPod music players, iTunes store, iPhone, iPad tablet computer and so on. It is well-known for innovation in the high-tech enterprises. In February 2011, Apple broke Nokia, who keeps the first place in sales volume for 15 consecutive years, as the world's largest mobile phone manufacturer. On August 10, 2011, the market capitalization of Apple is more than Exxon Mobil, and becomes the world's most valuable listed company. As known, all this success is inseparable from Apple's founder —Steve Jobs. In 1997, Jobs returned to the Apple, causing the company shares rose more than 9000%; Steve Jobs’ clear strategic vision not only helps him achieving the success in his career, but also wins a reputation for being full of passion and charisma as a leader. Jobs as a strategic manager is the "person" who bears primary responsibility for the company’s rise and fall, his mission is responsible for the organization’s overall strategy, and he is also the analyst of the internal and external environment of the enterprise, the maker of the enterprise strategy, the leader of implementing the strategy, the supervisor of strategic implementation process, the evaluator of the results (Robert, 2011). As Joel Ross and Michael Kami said, "Organization without a strategy is like a ship without rudder, like the dark will be in place, the same as the homeless." In addition now is a changing era. If a manager doesn’t have highly strategic ability to adapt, then the company will not be able to survive in the changing times. Thus the strategic management’s vital effect can be seen. This essay will firstly discuss the relationships between an enterprise and the strategic leader; also make a description of the construction of a personal development plan. Following this, it will explain why applies knowledge to identify and analyze data and information is so vital.

The impact and relationship of a personal development plan on own development and achievement of organization objectives

The development plan could affect achievement of organizational objectives
