e third chapter is the language development of early childhood.First is analysis of the children's ability to understand the dialogue。The second discusses the role of bilingual education in the language development.Third we put forward some effective recommendations about methods in the training language.Chapter four is language development in Late Childhood.In this chapter,we first discusses Development linguistic knowledge and language use across adolescence.Then we analyse language and literacy in bilingual children in the early school years,last we give some recommendations on late childhood bilingual education
In this paper, we not only illustrates the three stages of children's language development, but also give some scientific and practical recommendations about the children's language learning, which will be benefit for the majority of parents.At the same time,it also provide an effective child language data and preparation for researchers.

Introduction
With the further development of social economy and culture,Child Education are concerned more by experts, in particular, the language ability of children。But, how shall we promote and develop the children's language skills from infancy? This requires a scientific theory as a support, and a standardized scientific methodology, which to guide parenting of parents. From this perspective, a comprehensive grasp of law which the language development of children is extremely important。Therefore, we are committed to research language development characteristic at different stages of children in order to give children language education some good guidance. This paper discusses three different stages of children’s language development,the first is infant,the second is early children,and the last is later children.Then we propose some basic theory of language development and their development characteristics.We discuss brain mechanisms of language development, language development of children made a physiology research, which enables us to from a more scientific perspective on issues.At the same time we summarizes the development of language skills of children affected some of the important factors.the second chapter of this paper, a detailed analysis of the status of language development in infancy.It including three factors determine the status of infancy language development,cognitive processes in early word learning and infant language development and methods of training.The third chapter is language development in early Childhood,including conversation understanding,bilingual first language acquisition and some recommendations.The last is language development in late Childhood,including development linguistic knowledge and language use across adolescence,Language and literacy in bilingual children in the early school years and some recommendations about developing the language.We know that targeted recommendations of different teaching methods will help both the parents’ methods to improve their children's language ability and academic research on this topic.
