摘要:This handbook outlines the requirements of your Management Report, and provides clear guidance on the preparation, prior to their submissions for examination.
1. Introduction
General layout and referencing conventions must be clarified with a tutor before you complete and submit both your
business plan and Strategic Management Report for examination.
The Management Report is your own work. Its purpose is to demonstrate your understanding of a) Business Plan: preparation of a business plan, including the identification of objectives and a clear pathway to their achievement; b) Strategic Management Report: a management problem; the relevance of empirical research and how these might be applied to the problem.
Before submitting your Management Report for examination check, re-check and then go through it again. The standards are demanding: be sure you meet them!
Clear and accurate referencing and acknowledgement is one of the most important features of good work.

1.2 Role of the Tutors
The role of the tutors is one of advice and support. You must take personal responsibility for, and control of, your work and should not expect tutors give you step-by-step instructions on how to proceed. Tutors are expected to comment on your work in broad terms, but are not expected to proof read, correct typographical errors etc. They will not give detailed feedback on topics that you are expected to know (cash flow analysis, marketing strategies, etc). They will not be pleased if you present them with drafts which are incoherent and muddled.
It is helpful for you to think of the tuto
