总结全文的研究问题是确定在北京项目各利益相关者的利益和评价管理办法,对项目的利益相关者。这项研究的研究结果是从核心(内部)的利益相关者,二级利益相关者和外部利益相关者,这三个层次来描述自己的利益和项目的利益相关者的管理措施。项目利益相关者管理模式的特点是:管理者没有主动解决利益相关者之间的冲突,各方最大限度地追求自己的目标和利益,而忽视了其他利益相关者的利益,这种模式容易导致利益相关者之间的冲突和矛盾,不利于项目的顺利进行,从长远来看,它会给项目带来质量和环境方面的问题。


Conclusion

Research aim of this study was to explore the strategy of stakeholder management of construction project in China. Based on the problem statement and the research aim, there were four research questions.
The first research question is to determine the interests of the various stakeholders in BJ project and evaluate the management measures towards the stakeholders of the project. The research results of this study were from core (internal) stakeholders, secondary stakeholders and external stakeholders, these three levels to describe their own interests and the stakeholder management measures of the project. Features of the stakeholder management mode of the project was that the management did not take the initiative to resolve the conflict among the stakeholders, all parties maximized to pursue their own goals and interests while ignoring the other stakeholders’ interests, this mode was apt to cause conflict and contradiction among stakeholders, which was not conducive to the smooth progress of the project, in the long run, it would bring problems to the project in terms of quality and environmental aspects.
The second research question discusses how BJ project developer conducts a systemic stakeholder management to better balance the conflicts for interests among stakeholders. The research results of this study showed that in terms of the stakeholder management of BJ project, the management did not adhere to a systematic thinking but uphold the principle of taking the interests of core stakeholders as the priority. Therefore, in project management, they were often just from their own interests to ignore the legitimate interests of other stakeholders, causing the stakeholders’ slowing down the progress of the project and it did not help to establish a good social image and public relations, therefore this management strategy also caused a loss in the core stakeholders’ own interests. Based on this, the author made recommendations on how the management of BJ project better balances the interests of all parties in the future and carries out a systematic management. First of all, it should facilitate information sharing and teamwork, in addition to the formal channel of communication, such as meetings, it should give full rights to stakeholders to be involved in the specific management activities. Then, it should establish a mechanism for conflict management to constrain the misconduct of various stakeholders, especially the core stakeholders. Finally, it should introduce electronic information management system to help to strengthen the communication among various stakeholders and constrain the misconduct of the core stakeholders to improve the transparency of stakeholder management.
