Overview of the ¡°keep moving¡± music concert
This one off event is the 50 years celebration activity for Z Music Company. In the past 50 years, Z Music Company has developed from a small music office to one of the biggest music companies in the Unite Kingdom. Now the company has entered its high-develop stage, the next step for Z Company is to explore the oversea market to attract more people to buy their productions including true products from music store or virtual music via the internet. Z Company wants this music concert to be the milestone in the company history, and they have decided the theme for this concert ¨C ¡°keep moving¡±.

The music concert like some other normal projects can divide to some events. A strong team and high-efficient communication between team members is an important guarantee for the smooth running and successful result of the project. Time, cost, and quality are the three main elements for almost projects; the three of them is an entire not tear-off (Lam, 2010). To this concert, the invite of performers especially Take That, Rhianna and Jay Z, the stage design and decoration, the advertisement and broadcast are the main events, they are the main part of the project management. No matter time management, cost control or quality control is all around these three main events. So if the three events complete on time, with low cost and high quality, the music concert is nearly successful. (about 2060 words)
