摘要:本文是一篇英语教学论文发表,本研究探讨了普通高中语法教学的现状,并为我们提供了一些关于影响语法教学的因素的见解,调查对象仅为300名同年级学生和30名教师,并邀请了12名学生和6名教师进行访谈,因此有限的调查对象不能代表该地区的所有教师和学生。调查范围相对狭窄,不能代表中国普通高中英语语法教学的现状。

4.1.1 Data Analysis of Students’Questionnaire

Three hundred students from these three regular senior high schools were surveyedand assigned on average for the questionnaire.The questionnaire covers four dimensions.Questions 1-4 are about students’cognition of grammar of dimension 1.Questions 5,6 and7 are about students’strategies of autonomous learning of dimension 2.The purpose of thedesign is to understand how they solve grammar problems when they encounter and learnfrom them.We can also call it learning ability,which is one of key qualities of Englishcourse advocated by the New Curriculum Standards.It refers to the awareness and abilityof students to actively apply and adjust English learning strategies,broaden Englishlearning channels and improve learning efficiency.Questions 8-13 are about students’evaluation of teachers’grammar teaching of dimension 3,judging from teaching resources,teaching activities,teaching values and so on.Especially one basic concept of the NewCurriculum Standards is to foster virtue through education,to impart knowledge andeducate students,so question 12 is to investigate the implement of this concept.Questions14,15 and 16 are to focus on evaluation of grammar learning of dimension 4 through theaspects of grammar application and consolidation.Specific information of each questionitem can be seen in Appendix I.

Chapter Five Conclusion and Implications

5.1 Summary of Major Findings

This study aims to find the current situation of English grammar teaching in regularhigh schools under the New Curriculum Standards and the factors influencing Englishgrammar teaching in senior high schools from the perspectives of grammar cognition ofthe New Curriculum Standards,teaching activities,teaching resources and teachingevaluation and so on.Through the data analysis and discussion of the survey,the results ofthe study are summarized as follows respectively.

Generally speaking,the current situation of grammar teaching can be concluded asfollows:
