这个是我导师设想的题目三个大的方向 如果下面我自己的题目你们觉的不适合，可英语论文题目以从导师这个三个题目选择一个 2  3 都是属于规划类的，城市的复兴 从其中选择。

1 Children's perceptions of the outdoor urban environment, particularly neighbourhoods with possible involvement in field work. In view of the fieldwork element, this may be more appropriate to the MA Landscape Architecture, i.e. leading to a Research Report in the first instance.
2 Restorative urban environments with an emphasis on developing social models.
3 Understanding the generation of social capital through urban design, especially involving under-represented groups inc. learning disability, the elderly etc

Hello!

Sorry to have kept you waiting for a response to your email.  I do think it
would be a good idea to try to begin the work and I have a few suggestions
that I hope might help.

First of all it would be good to begin by trying to develop a brief outline
of the thesis.  Try to work out what the main chapter headings would be.
For example:

An introduction that would set out what it is that you are going to do, why
英语论文题目it is of interest to you, and what you hope to find out.  It would also be
good if you could say who might benefit from the work you do.

A statement about methodology.  For example, what elements of literature you
may use and for what purpose.  How you might select any case studies.
Against what criteria will you evaluate your case studies and how will these
criteria be established.

It would be a good idea to try to think about the grounds for your
comparison.  What is it about modern city waterfronts and ancient Chinese
waterfronts that you want to compare.  This could be a visual comparison,
for example, but the study would I think be better if you were able to
compare functions and especially the way that people make use of these: eg,
for recreation, for habitation, working etc.

What do you want to produce by doing this study?  Do you want to produce
some guidance for practice for example, or is there another output of the
study that you can identify?

I can't really point you to specific references, but you might begin by
searching for examples of the sort of waterfronts in modern cities and
ancient ones that you might use as case studies.  Are you intending to use

well?

Some reference to general urban design literature might help with
establishing some background and I enclose a reference list that I often use
in post graduate projects.  The ones I think are especially important are in
bold.
