The evaluation of the investment on the Australia, Iran and Greece

Introduction

To be a financial analyst for the Irish based company, I am going to demonstrate the analysis on the assigned countries, i.e. Australia, Iran as well as Greece. These countries have different features and characteristics, and each of them located in each continent with significantly different cultural backgrounds, political environments, economic structures and so forth.

The investment is usually influenced by the country’s economic and political environment, the with the differences of the assigned countries, it is therefore necessary and important for the company to deeply understand these, and thus adopt the appropriate strategies in accordance with the country’s situation and attributes.

In the following, some theoretical models and frameworks will be demonstrated in order to scientifically illustrate the detailed situation of the assigned countries. The appropriate strategies will be recommended to the company to deal with the target countries.
