1 introduction
According to the theory of philosophy, things are always changing and evolving, and under normal circumstances, this change is uncertain, which means an abnormal situation, or even perception. For example, earthquakes, typhoons and other natural disasters, what is more, these uncertainties also contain financial crisis, political changes, product quality problem and so on. Obviously, these problems will affect the survival and development of the enterprises and when these uncertainties happen to them, it means that the companies are facing crisis. When the problem is become more and more serious, consequently, the enterprise may go bankrupt. So, as we can see, if the management and response to these crises is not timely, small problems can probably turn out to be big problems, which will affect the normal operation of enterprises more deeply (Paul Temporal & Rod Davies,term paper定制 1998). Therefore, how to effectively respond to the emergencies and crisis, and how to react quickly to minimize the loss of business is concerned by many businesses. Crisis management team can solve a series of these problems as a key; it also can play the role of firemen to the companies. In this paper, with the background of crisis in companies and enterprises, it mainly focused on discussing the advantages of the establishment of such a crisis management team based on the typical problems that likely coming up in the process of enterprise production and management, in addition, this paper also explored how to set up a crisis management team and how to select the right people for the team.
