rt stage has matured, and at the same time the newly established local production system is in good condition. The activities time of the both may be a good fit together. Therefore, it is essential to improve the local market system for the formation of local production system, which is also a key factor to the success of this strategy (Sheila 2004).
Second, product development strategy. This is according to "new product - existing need - development of oversea enterprise” model. This strategy will properly meet the needs of foreign markets, and organize local manufacturing in foreign markets after developing new products in foreign countries or effecting a substantial improvement of existing products (Peck 2005). The reason why companies are set up overseas to produce new products is that the new product is developed according to local needs, and its corresponding production system has little link with the existing domestic production system. In addition, production abroad can also respond rapidly to complex local needs.
Third, market development strategy. This is according to" existing products - new demands - development of oversea enterprise" model. This strategy first export the existing domestic-oriented products abroad, in order to meet the totally different local needs of foreign market from domestic one, and then set up foundation to organize products following the domestic production system. Though this strategy can not take full advantage of the existing market, and sometimes has to set up new local market system according to the change of needs, yet this strategy maximize the existing production and technical advantages (McAlister 2005).
Fourth, diversification business strategy. This strategy is according to "new product - new demands - development of oversea enterprise" model. This means organizing a variety of new products locally in foreign countries to adapt to new market demands, and generally manufacture on the basis of the local established production systems. Today's business trends in international development are diversification development (Jurgen and Niels 2005).

3.0 Conclusion
Today, globalization of economy and policy is inevitable. In order to gain strong international competitiveness and get profits, it is necessary for enterprises to speed up the globalization process of its business. No matter what globalization strategy enterprises take, it is easy to conclude that the globalization process of enterprises should make development and manufacturing plan and implementation according to all kinds of specific conditions of the oversea markets.
