摘要:摘要:本文主要讲述了团队决策对团队绩效的重要影响,团队结构发挥着越来越重要的影响因素。

itution started design their academic program with teamwork completion. Students are required to develop team player ability by completing assignment in team basis. The performance of the team is depending how the members are performing and student rewarded accordingly if they able to perform and work in team. Student may know the importance of teamwork but some of them might still prefer work individually. This might because they have different idea on how to develop an effective team. (Student)

With the studies of J. Richard Hackman(1998) found that puzzle has incurred in team performance. It evidence that the team actually do not do well or better with the members' individual contribution. They found that team performance is regarding many criteria and factors and yet it has found contrast in the supporting and defending of team performance with these factors.

The factors influencing team performance has always studied by the previous researcher but those factors may be support or defend with different studies of their influence in team performance. Besides, there is not much research published focally based on the student, the future successor, perception in Malaysia. They might have different of view point on the how the team can be performing better. To clarify those factors which actually impact on the team performance in students' perspective, we decided to conduct a further research study about the relationship between these factors and the team performance which focusing in student so that it able to bring beneficial to the related parties.

总体目标——General Objective


The main objective of this study is to investigate and analyze the related factors that affecting team performance in private education sector.


具体目标——Specific Objectives


Team communication, member's involvement, leadership in team, team conflict, and culture and environment are the five key factors that being tested. The aim of the study is to investigate the relationship of those factors with team performance in private education sector.

The specific objectives of the study are:

To determine the relationship between team communication and team performance in private education sector.

To determine the relationship between member's involvement and team performance in private education sector.

To determine the relationship between team leadership in team and team performance.

To determine the relationship between team conflict and team performance in private education sector.

To determine the relationship between culture and environment and team performance in private education sector.

To determine the effect of all the independent variables (i.e. team communication, member's involvement, leadership in team, team conflict, and culture and environment) toward team performance in private education sector.
