介绍—Introduction:

公司走向全球化的着重点是竞争力,一个公司想保持竞争力实力必须做出正确的抉择,因此,现在企业的管理逐渐成为一个核心问题。泰勒将管理定义为:“明确知道你的员工所想要的,然后目睹他们以最好和最低成本的方式达到他们的标。”(Wren, D., 1994)。我们可以将这个定义扩展,管理可以看作是人类和技术手段之间相互协调工作，朝着相同的目标前进。加上对经济、人类学和社会学这些方面知识的了解,但环境变化还是会带来一定的约束和机遇,从理论上说，管理是领导企业的一种方式。组织商业活动、设定一系列的目标和制定策略是通过使用提供的资源。企业必须能够预期这些参数中任一个的变化(Pollard, H.R., 1974)。因此,此项研究的分析方式是新颖的，即F.W. 泰勒的科学管理理论已经对当代企业是如何管理的产生影响。

The globalization emphasizes competitiveness, a firm which want to stay competitive has to make the right decision, therefore, the management of the organizations is becoming a central issue. Taylor defined management as: «knowing exactly what you want men to do, and then seeing that they do it in the best and cheapest way.» (Wren, D., 1994). We can extend this definition, management can be seen as the coordination of human and technical means to work towards the same goal. With the knowledge of economic, human and social facts, but also the constraints and opportunities offer by the environment, management is a way to lead an organization in a rational approach. Activities are organised, aims are sets and strategies are made by using the resources provided. The organizations have to be able to anticipate any changes in these parameters (Pollard, H.R., 1974). Therefore, it can be interesting to analyze the ways in which F.W. Taylor's scientific management theory has influenced how contemporary organizations are managed.

The modern organisation of work system lies in the rationalization of work developed by Frederick Taylor. Taylorism or Scientific Management principles are constituted by the division of labour, which positives effects were studied by Adam Smith, a famous economist of the eighteenth century. We can distinguish a horizontal division of labour, which consists of the division of a task in simple and small tasks. The vertical division of labour emphasizes the separation between workers who have to carry out their tasks and administrators, who have to choose the right men for the right job, and experiment and define the “one best way” of doing each job.
