1 Introduction
留学生论文代写We are currently monitoring federal or local (Tasmanian) government 272 Web sites to collect new information.  We collect two different types of information - home page change and media release monitoring.
Currently we use a desktop application to classify the monitored documents, called MCRDR classifier. Nowadays Web applications are commonly used to support organizational process such as information publication, sales and advertisement.
The KAX 459 project aims to develop a Web application that support document classification, which works same way that the desktop application. This document is prepared to provide basic information about this project and includes the followings:
• Description about the to-do list
• Description of the system environment
• Description of the systems: WebMon and MCRDR-Classifier
• Description of the database structure
• Description of PHP library for Web application development
