Extradition to Drug Trafficker
Drug trafficking threatens the security of the world. Every country devotes to eradicate the drug transaction. But because of the dispute in jurisdiction for drug trafficking, it is difficult to exercise the universal jurisdiction. So, in practice, the countries often extradite the drug traffickers by the bilateral treaty or the multilateral treaty, and then punish the drug criminals. Hence, in order to strengthen and speed up the strike on the drug trafficking, the extradition process shall be simplified and be convenient for the countries to extradite the drug traffickers, and the drug trafficking shall be considered as the international crimes just as the piracy. Then, the universal jurisdiction can be applied to the drug trafficking.
