Through this, we can easily identified our DIAMOND competitors in the market and once we know the company weakness and what kind of opportunity we have for the present and future prospect then we can easily make cost effective IMC plan and strategic IMC plan for the company. In SWOT analysis of the company, we have find the following that will help to make more strategically and cost effective IMC plan:

Easy availability of low cost for all level of middle class family.

Massive institutional support for technical services, designing, manpower development and marketing.

Exporter-friendly government policies for Car industry.
