CHAPTER SIX SURVEYS AND POSSIBLE IMPACT 

Chapter six will provide two surveys respectively in the order of content and rationale of survey and results. Afterwards, taking survey results into detailed discussion, reasons why interaction exerting possible impact will be presented on ideological and legal aspects, and suggestions for judicial publicity will be afforded on legal discussion. 

6.1 Introduction 
With the comprehensively promoted law based governance and the rapid development of new media,  the  platform  legal  reporting  has  expanded  from  TV,  newspaper  and  radio  to  mobile terminals, and advanced into interactive model. Because programs are special for it is law-based, the  language  use  of  them  will  affect  netizens’ impression  and  understanding  of  certain  legal case. The survey aims to check netizens’ understanding on programs. This  survey  contains  three  parts,  which  all  are  closed  questions:  subjects’  personal information (multiple choice), survey of language use of programs (multiple choice); subjects understanding  of  the  interaction  (multiple  choice).  The  results  are  analyzed  results  of questionnaires  from  143  subjects  of  the  two  survey  respectively.  So  the  following  tables displayed of results from frequency analysis of IMB SPSS Statistics.What follows are discussions of the impact on judicial publicity, herein the research refers to the information disclosing in legal reporting of criminal cases.
