摘要:To do a study of teacher-student classroom interaction is significant for English teaching.The author talks about the significance from two aspects: theoretical significance andpractical significance.
2.2 Features of Teacher-student Classroom Interaction
Teacher-student interaction, as an important manifestation of interpersonal interaction, hassome common senses of interpersonal interaction, but it’s also different from the commoninterpersonal interaction. It mainly shows in the following point: The teacher-student interaction has educational feature, because this interaction is to makeboth the students and teachers, especially the students gain integrated development and learnculture better. Meanwhile, the students’ mind and body can evolve more healthily. The contentand form of interaction in teaching is also expanded around this target. By statements andactions, the teacher also plays a role in demonstration and model function, and influences thestudents unconsciously. Such influence sometimes is durable. At the same time,teacher-student interaction process doesn’t end with one time action’s over; instead, it movesin circles and continuously. In the classroom teaching process, teacher-student interaction isnot a static process but a dynamic communication process. After data collection, the author begins to make an analysis about questionnaires. 485pieces of questionnaires are handed out to the students in three schools and there are 453pieces collected from three schools in total. Besides the unfinished and null questionnaires,there are 426 valid pieces. The author lists with details in table 4.
