Application media resource library, teaching is the use of network resources for multimedia assisted teaching. It is based on modern educational philosophy as a guide, the use of multimedia equipment and associated processing software to classroom teaching content after processing, in order to showcase a variety of media forms to students of modern teaching mode. Multimedia teaching mode and highlight the advantages compared to the traditional teaching mode, mainly reflected in the teaching of the great wealth of information, diversity of manifestations of teaching content, the dissemination of knowledge and classroom convenience of real-time interactive communication. Teaching ability of teachers is affecting the quality and effectiveness of teaching the most basic factor. At present, most experts believe that teachers' teaching ability is the ability to rely on the general, special abilities manifested through general combining ability and special abilities. Therefore, the use of media resources, network resources, aided teaching requires teachers should have the traditional teaching mode in addition to the general ability, should also have modern educational concepts and multimedia instructional design, and many other skills.

Application of modern educational technology ability is an important capability of teachers.
