But there are fewer studies which considered the factor of customer perceived value. For example, why customers choose own brand and as retailers, how do they attract more consumers to buy own brand product? Hence, this article focuses on customer perceived value and adding the attraction of own brand promote consumers to buy own brand products. It explored the relationship between customer perceived value and own brand in Chinese supermarket. In order to consider how retailers make their products more attractive and what they need pay more attention to their products. This article focused on own brand proneness of customers.
4. Research Aim and Hypotheses
The article reviewed the existed literature about own brand study. In this review, this article will achieve the three goals:
1. Clarify current situation of own brand in the Chinese supermarket and consumer awareness of its own brand .
2. Explore the relationship between customer perceived value and own brand proneness and the moderator effect that human personality has on the relationship.
3. Analysis how retailers make their products more attractive and how to practice their own-brand strategy .
