Introduction
This is a paper written for providing legal advises for Lionel. Lionel is an employee working for “Greate Movers” and estate agent firm. His problem is that he was laughed by his workmates because of the way he is dressing. He is an openly gay so that he wears brightly coloured tiles. Moreover, he felt that his pain was caused by the non-adjustable chair that supplied by his mates. Even more, he handed some complaints to his bosses, one of which is in written form. However, his Line Manager about all his problems but his Line Manager obviously ignored his problem and lost patient. The aim of this paper is to advise Lionel for how to dealing with his situation. Therefore, the paper will start with identifying all the issues in the situation of Lionel. These are the basis for providing legal advises for Lionel. After that, the mainly part of this paper is to advise Lionel how to deal with the problem. In this part, it will not only contain the conclusion of how to process next steps, but will also include the analysis about why Lionel should act in this way based on the statutory and case laws.
