ABSTARCT
The dissertation mainly focuses on the executive search industry especially in mainland of China. Refer to the literuture review, the general introduction and background such as the activities headhunting performed and varities of different third-party staffing work are all represented. It also investigates the differences between the domestic executive search firms and multinational executive search firms in 4 aspects.
An explicit online interview with around 20 qustions related to headhunting industry was conducted with a senior cousl英语论文网 【http://www.51lunwen.org】tant and other 2 colleagues from AsiaNet, an executive search company in Shanghai. We have a discontinuous discussion session on their specific operation system and problems or obsession they encounterd and resolved. Besides, views for future developement of headhunting industry is shared.
Finally, the existing problems and reasons are demonstrated. Implications and recommendations are given to deal with the challenges for domestic executive search firms in China.
