2.1 Job Role
 
As the organizational value and distinction creator, human resources (HR) should be highly noticed, with establishing an appropriate match between employees and organizations. Generally, HRM can be composed of three major aspects: recruitment, staff training and performance appraisal, which are supported by other activities, like incentive schemes (Liu, 2004). Moreover, it seems that employees increasingly seek for a job that can designs them better career paths. Thus, HRM is directly related to a corporation’s success, with its struggle for motivating employees’ thinking and behaviors to be embedded in their organizations’ philosophies (Curtis and Lu, 2004).
 
2.2 Role within the Group
 
In the organization, this individual has made great efforts to provide employees a satisfying career path, with insisting on a conception of ‘Flying high with its employees’. Also, she is concerned about the organizations’ management philosophy, as well as its employees’ characteristics, in order to select the most capable person to fill in the most appropriate position. Apart from this, influenced by the new era of knowledge economy, talent and technology have been regarded as two cornerstones in organizations’ strategy making, especially for consulting company. Thus, when recruiting new blood into the company, this person highly attach importance to accept some individuals who can stand for going along with the pace by clarifying the nature of this threatening area and willing to do great contributions to this group in response to the globalizing competition.
 
2.3 Individual Personality Characteristics

2.3.1.1 Big Five Personality Model
 
As self-reflected by the researched individual, she is always full of new ideas and eager to spend much time on understanding innovative things; also, she is willing to share her vivid imagination with others in the group in order to create more excellent ideas. All in all, she is high in the level of openness which is one factor of the model.
 
However, because of her openness, she is not afraid of challenges, and not pays more attention to do preparations. This seems that this person is not very conscientious to act dutifully.
 
Indubitably, this person is an Extravert who enjoy being with friends and are often perceived as full of energy. When staying with us, she likes to talk and draws attention on herself. Consequently, it can be believable that she is enthusiasm in her workplace and do not mind to be the center of attention.

Although this individual is a person who always wants to catch attention from others, she is quite cooperative rather than disagrees with others and do not be concerned about other people’s problems. In other words, she is an agreeable individual who values getting along with others.
 
Finally, she scores high in neuroticism that means emotionally reactive and vulnerable to stress. She always feel sad about her failure and are more likely to interpret ordinary situations as threatening, and minor frustrations as hopelessly difficult.
