It is the supplier, manufacturer, distributor, retailer, until the end user as a whole function network model." so, a complete supply chain should include the supplier ( suppliers of raw materials or spare parts suppliers ), manufacturer (factory or assembly plant ), distributors ( agents or wholesalers, retailers ) ( supermarkets, department stores, supermarkets, shops, convenience stores and grocery stores ) as well as consumers. supply chain management refers to the whole supply chain system planning, coordination, operation, control and optimization of various activities and processes, its goal is to customers for the right product ( Right Product ) at correct time ( Right, Time ) in the right quantities ( Right Quantity ), sound quality (Right Quality ) and correct state ( Rig HT Status ) to the right place ( Right Place ), and the total cost to reach the best supply chain management ( Supply chain management, SCM ) is a kind of integrated management thought and method, the implementation of the supply chain from the supplier to the end user of the logistics planning and control functions. From the enterprise point of view, is refers to the enterprise through improved supply chain relationships, downstream, integration and optimization of information flow in supply chain, logistics, capital flow, in order to obtain the competitive advantage of enterprises
