1.0 Introduction
Retail Marketing has become more and more important in today’s business world. It makes great change in our life and supply convenient and cheap to most customers. What is retail marketing? It is “Any business that directs its marketing effort towards satisfying the final consumer based upon the organisation of selling goods and services as a means of distribution.”(Gilbert, 2003), or we can say retail marketing is “The sale of goods and services to consumers for their own use” (McGoldrick, 2001).
