(2)Observation: It is classified according to the relationship between the observer and the observed. And the observation can be divided into two types of participant observation and non-participant observation;
(3)Psychometric testing: It relies on the standardized psychological measurement tables and precision measuring instruments as well as a variety of charts to measure psychological and behavioral characteristics of the subjects on intelligence, aptitude, interests, personality character, achievements needs;
(4)Survey method: This method is closely associated with the system observation;
(5)Experimental method: it can be divided into laboratory experiment, field experiment, quasi-experimental method.

In addition, for the study results, Organizational Behavior mainly adopts the central tendency analysis, analysis of dispersion, choice analysis, correlation analysis method that is used to reveal the relationship between the two sets of variables or groups of variables and factors analysis method.


3. Impact of Informal Organization on Modern Enterprise Management

The informal organization is an informal group in which these members have the common social feelingsin the process of working together. Also, this organization does not have a formal structureandfixed provisions specification.  Therefore, it often does not have a fixed form.

To study the impact of the informal organization on enterprises is to explore the premise and foundation of managing the informal organization. There are a variety of relationships between informal organizations and business formal organizations so that it may contribute to the development of the formal organization to achieve its objectives, as well as hinder and even destroy the development of the formal organization to achieve its goals.

The emergence of informal organization is the inevitable result of the development of enterprises, and it has a positive impact on the existence of the business. Firstly, it can provide a safe emotional release channel for employees in which they can talk and vent their dissatisfaction to help to reduce employees discontent smoldering and adjust staffs emotions so as to maintain their mental health. Secondly, it can play a communication role. The group activities are independent of the administrative boundaries in informal organizations so that the time and space beyond the executive powers is larger than the formal organization communication. Finally, it may help enterprises to discover talents. Some informal organizations are formed based on a variety of hobbies. So, this provides the opportunity to achieve self-worth for some people.
