1. Introduction

Leadership is a process of external power execution through which one person can influence others in the accomplishment of a common task. To be an effective leader in modern organization, he or she should know not only strengths/weakness of own, but also those of other persons in the same team, which is the important key to become an excellent leader. Diligent leader will be appreciated and highly valued rather than lazy persons. Besides, it is hardly believable that whoever lacks moral self-discipline will lead an organization to be successful. 领导是一个过程,一个人可以通过外接电源执行影响他人完成一个共同的任务。现代组织要成为一个有效的领导者,他或她应该不仅知道自己的优势/弱点,但也包括其他人在同一支球队,这是重要的关键,成为一个优秀的领导者。勤奋的领导者,将不胜感激和高度重视,而不是懒惰的人。此外,它几乎是可信的,谁缺乏道德自律会导致组织是成功的。


2. Principles of leadership
 Have a full understanding of his or her own boundaries. Each person has unique characters, intelligence, and physical strength and the boundary as well. It is quite normal that someone is good at a certain fields, but not qualified in other ones. 有一个全面的了解他或她自己的边界。每个人都有独特的人物,智力,体力和边界以及。有人在某一个领域是好的,这是很正常的,但在其他的没有资格。

 Pursuit of excellence. As a leader, it is essential to set up a high standard to guide his or her behavior, and at the same time, establish an active model before subordinates or fellows. Generally, leader, has two channels to influence subordinates and employees, one is his or her own personality that contains soft skills, and the other is efficiency and quality standards to principle people's behaviors. Both of two channels are very important.
 Insist on own opinion. It means to stick to the right opinions, it’s deserve respectable for a person who looks after for a specific target and pursue it insistently. Certainly the interests of other people should be taken into account as well.
 Enjoy the solitude. Leaders usually take on the much more pressure than other people can imagine and understand. In these cases, to achieve the higher goals, leader has to learn to think and work independently, and swallow the feeling of longly by his or her self. While certain leaders would enjoy such status very well considering it is beneficial to logic thinking.
 Become a moral role model. Majority of ordinary people would inevitably make mistakes when they handling daily issues, the same as leaders. However leaders often get much more blame when they make the similar mistakes as ordinary people because leaders are regarded as moral roles within the team. They are expected to organize the team members and guide the correct direction for going forward. Leaders take multitasks heavier than others that they are hoped to establish a moral role within to team to advance.
