And good employee relations are the fundamental guarantee for enterprises to attract and keep talents. So what kind of employee relation is an effective and good staff relation? There is a view regarding that the relationship between organisation and employees should be defined as a singular entity unified by shared interests and objectives. Now then, what is the significance of such relationship between organisation and employees? In addition, to what extent is it possible or worthwhile aiming to define the relationship between organisation and employees as a singular entity unified by shared interests and objectives?
