With the increasing fierce competition, talents become more and more important for most of enterprises, deciding the success or failure of the enterprise. And good employee relations are the fundamental guarantee for enterprises to attract and keep talents. So what kind of employee relation is an effective and good staff relation? There is a view regarding that the relationship between organisation and employees should be defined as a singular entity unified by shared interests and objectives. Now then, what is the significance of such relationship between organisation and employees? In addition, to what extent is it possible or worthwhile aiming to define the relationship between organisation and employees as a singular entity unified by shared interests and objectives?


2. The significance of the integration of the organization and employees
3. The sense of belonging from the employees is the key to define the relationship between organisation and employees as a singular entity
4. The integration between the realization of employee spirit value and enterprise value culture is the core of the integration of the organization and employees
