Ethical leadership and Corporate Governance to Establish the Interactive Corporation
 
 
Introduction
Ethical leadership, which establishes on transform-leadership theories, works much more effective than other leadership theories before in real companies and the activities of employees responding to this suit of management create positive motivations to daily work and arouse high corporation social responsibilities. Today, ethical leadership has been introduced to corporation and the results under this management received highly recommendation. Corporation Governance serves the whole corporation as a strict brain, which makes https://www.51lunwen.org/azzy/2012/0618/1900005082.html decisions and keeps business run on. Ethical leadership combines with corporate governance to establish an efficient and active interactive relationship which improves companies’ core competiveness. This report sets Tesco PLC as an example, to answer the questions above and to discuss ethical leadership and corporate governance for: (1) employees’ activities and trust establishment, (2) efficient corporate management team and (3) corporation social responsibilities.
