Chapter Four is on the problems of Chinese steel enterprises faced anti-dumping, such as foreign anti-dumping Chinese steel enterprises face, including situation of Chinese steel enterprises’ faced anti-dumping, Reasons for foreign countries to implement anti-dumping to Chinese steel enterprises and Features of anti-dumping of foreign countries to Chinese steel enterprises.
