   How important is Esprit de corps for a company?

   To what extent does job clarity contribute to the organizations performance?

The research attempts to examine the impact of fairness of procedures, job training, Espritde corps (team spirit), and job clarity on employee job satisfaction. In order to collect data the use of a quantitative survey is going to be used. The participants of this study are the employees of Seguros Brouwer NV with exception of managers and the director.

Procedure

This study is conducted in the insurance sector of Seguros Brouwer. This research is based on a quantitative methodology. A quantitative research was conducted to test a hypothesis in the above mentioned company. Qualitative is an exploratory research and will be conducted in focus groups, personal interviews or by observing behaviors or events (Hair, Babin, Money and Samuel 2005) making qualitative research would not be appropriate for this particular research. Data will be obtained by means of an censes method. According to Hair,et al. (2005) a census is feasible if the population is small and relatively easy to contact in a short period of time. Through a descriptive analysis, information about the present existing conditions can be gathered. The survey will be conducted to gather the necessary primary information from individuals. This survey will be a probability survey every individual has the same opportunity to be chosen. According to Hair et al. (2005) using a probability sample, the selection of elements is based on a random procedure a known and non-zero chance of being selected, thereby minimizing the chance of bias. Because of the amount of employees that Seguros Brouwer has a census will be conducted to perform probability sampling method. The objective of the survey is to receive information of the participants on; how they perceive employee job satisfaction by using the variables procedural justice, job training, esprit de corps, job clarity to determine how employee job satisfaction effect an companies performance and if there should be any changes made by the management of Seguros Brouwer with regards of their employee job satisfaction, which in turn will also lead to benefits for Seguros Brouwer.

Participants will be approached through a printed self-completed closed ended questionnaire. The survey will be hand out to the different departments; each department will receive a sealed safe box to protect the privacy of the participants. Three days will be giving to fill in and deposit the survey in a safe box for collection. After three days the boxes will be opened and checked to for a complete contend if there are any surveys missing there will be a general petition for the person/s that did not cooperate to still fill in the survey, for this there will be two extra days giving.
