formance during a media interview can permanently damage a leader's credibility. Effective communication is all about conveying your messages to other people clearly and unambiguously. Leadership communication is regarded as the most important leadership skill. The most effective leaders are generally those with the most effective leadership communication skills. A leader who has strong leadership communication skills will find it easier to connect with others, thereby increasing trust and respect, build morale and manage conflict, inspire and motivate employees to work harder to achieve a certain goal or objectives. Mr. John has a good communicating skill since he suggest and communicates about his vision with his subordinates. It is very important to have good communication between staff and Mr. John in-order to work as a team. Proper meeting and good feedback could be collected by having good and effective communicating skills.


Analytical and tactical skills: Analytical and tactical skills are basically a cluster of common skills that allow a person to solve a problem. It is the ability to visually and logically solve complex problems and to perform the right action at the right moment. Employers sometimes test an employee’s ability to use their analytical skills to see how quick they can think on their feet and whether or not they can come up with a logical plan of action. It demonstrates the ability to apply analytical and logical thinking to gathering and analyzing information, designing and testing solutions to problems, and formulating plans. Mr. John believes in walk around management, so he always gets feedback from staff and students as well whether positive or negative, he analyzes the cause of the problem and manages it carefully.


Time Management skills:  Time is just there for us to use. Time can’t be found nor is it lost. There is 24 hours worth of time in every day and the clock is always running. Once each hour is gone, it's gone forever. It can’t be brought back for better use nor can an extra hour be produced when needed. Thus time is one of the most precious resources. The challenge is to use it well, because when it's gone, it's gone forever. Time management doesn't mean working harder or faster. It's not learning to do two things at once.  It is, however, learning to become more efficient and effective. These are basically the only two ways to use our personal time better. Efficiency is doing things right. Effectiveness is doing the right things.


Organizing skills: Organizing skills is the basic function of leadership which follows planning. It is a function in which the synchronization and combination of human, physical and financial resources takes place. All the three resources are important to get results. Therefore, this skill helps in achieving the results which in fact is important for the functioning of a concern.


Mr. John focuses on Management by objectives which aim to increase organizational performance by aligning goals and staff’s objectives throughout the school. Ideally, staffs get strong input to identifying their objectives, time lines for completion, etc. MBO includes ongoing tracking and feedback in the process to reach objectives.
